Middle school students spent Wednesday, May 11th at Clear Lake Education Center. (http://www.clearlakeinfo.org)  Thank you to Home & School for helping pay the admission cost, we had a great day learning outside!

End of the 3rd Quarter Party

Thank you to Home & School for sponsoring our "End of the Quarter Party" at Willow Creek Cinema to see "God's not Dead 2."  It was a great movie with an inspiring message!

Geography Bee Competition

Congratulations to Adam Willette for representing Holy Name at the state Geography Bee Competition.  Adam answered 5 of 8 questions correctly in his group!

"My Michigan Hero" Essay Contest

8th grade students across Michigan participated in an essay contest titled "My Michigan Hero."  The students wrote about their personal Michigan hero, and are eligible for a $1,000 prize and a trip to Lansing!  
Congratulations to the Holy Name winners of: (1st) MaKenna Pepin, (2nd) Lauren Dykema, and (3rd)Thomas Mayville.  MaKenna's 1st place essay now goes downstate to be judged for the state prize.
